It is a timeless, divinely-inspired masterpiece on the joy-filled-life-as-it-should-be freedom found in Jesus alone. We have immersed our hearts and lives in this letter for the past two and a half years. Today, in 16:25-27, Paul bursts into a fitting doxology (praise of God) that not only summarizes the main themes of his letter but sets our hearts aflame in worship.

Here he is getting us to consider the nature of Jesus’ local church and our role in His ongoing unfolding purposes.
