The following guide is designed to give you all of the information you will need to request the use of the Downtown Cornerstone Church’s (DCC’s) building for your wedding ceremony. Note, at this time DCC may only be reserved for wedding ceremonies (no receptions). If you have further questions, or would like to set up a time to tour the building, please email to .

3 | Complete the Reservation Form
Complete the reservation form below to submit your request. We will follow up with you within 3 business days.
4 | Submit Payment
Once we have approved your request, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure the reservation. Deposits must be paid via check and sent to DCC’s mailing address. The remainder of the rental fees and cleaning deposit must be provided one week prior to your wedding day.
All couples who wish to use DCC’s facilities must abide by all of the rules and regulations set out below:
There is a base rental fee of $700.00 for the use of the auditorium, which covers both the rehearsal (up to 2 hours) and the wedding ceremony (up to 5 hours, including cleanup). The base fee also includes use of one room in for bridal preparation and one room for groomsmen. These areas are available for up to 5 hours on the day of the wedding. This base fee also covers the employment of DCC’s facility lead to be present on site and a production technician to run sound, video, and lights.
A $200 cleaning deposit is required, which will be fully refunded if the auditorium and all wedding party spaces used are returned to a clean condition. If these conditions are not met, the deposit will not be returned, in order to cover the cost of cleaning and preparing the space for worship.
For an additional fee, parking lot access may be available through a partner garage, but is not guaranteed. If you’d like to provide parking for your guests on your wedding day, please let us know, and we will inquire about availability. Lot reservation is available for the ceremony only (not for rehearsal).

DCC’s Pre-marital counseling is required to be married by a DCC pastor and to use DCC building. At least one spouse must be a member of DCC. To learn more email .
Attendance at the wedding rehearsal is mandatory for all members of the wedding party. DCC’s facility lead will work with your wedding coordinator to arrive ½ hour before the rehearsal to open up the building; the wedding party will have 1.5 hours for the rehearsal.
