We conclude our study of the most influential, life-changing, worldview-shaping letter ever written: Romans. It is a timeless, divinely-inspired masterpiece on the joy-filled-life-as-it-should-be freedom found in Jesus alone. We have immersed our hearts and lives in this letter for the past two and a half years. Today, in 16:25-27, Paul bursts into a fitting doxology (praise of God) that not only summarizes the main themes of his letter but sets our hearts aflame in worship.

Today, in Romans 16:1-23, Paul closes with a lengthy personal greeting paired with a final warning and a powerful promise. Here he is getting us to consider the nature of Jesus’ local church and our role in His ongoing unfolding purposes.
